The contents of the can are intended to be amazake. It's a traditional Japanese drink made from rice. However, outside of Japan, I think that drink isn’t very mainstream, so you can replace it in your mind with a drink that can be enjoyed hot or cold in your country in your country.
缶の中身は甘酒のつもりです。日本の伝統的な米の飲料です。ただ日本以外だとマイナーだと思うので、その国のホットでもコールドでも使える飲み物に想像を置き換えていただいても構いません。
