Update to say your pins are coming in the next few weeks 
A big thank you to everyone that joined over the last month, and to everyone that's been on this journey with us for many months and years. As mentioned, we're sending out commemorative pins to say thank you for your membership.
If you would like to claim one, please just fill out this form by December 9th:

We'll send you a magic link via email early next month which you can use to provide your shipping details.
As a timeline for you to keep track of:
Dec 9th: We plan to place the order for pins.
Pins take 4-6 weeks to produce
Jan 6th: You'll receive an email to provide shipping details.
Feb 1st: Most of you will receive your pins by this point!
Please make sure to fill out the form by December 9th to make sure we can send your link when they're ready to ship!

It didn't say I'd have to claim it . You have only given us 5 days to claim it . During a very busy time of year . I think that's a bit unfair and unreasonable time frame .
