理由は無料でR18の画像が出しているからです。
以降もしR18画像出したい場合はFreeホルダーへ、それと１ドルプラン両方で見えます。

Per our guidelines, the public-facing spaces (e.g. profile image, page banner, tier descriptions) of Adult/18+ Patreon pages must be free of sexually explicit material or nudity, real or animated, in any format: photo, video, written, audio). Such works should reside behind the subscription wall to be accessible only by the creator’s fan community of paid members.
