[Poll] Question Re: Gratitude Posts

I’ve been thinking about doing something similar on a weekly basis after every Youtube upload... though I've been hesitant to do so because I didn't wanna overload everyone with notifications for the post, especially since it's not a video, audio, or art post. However, there is also an option for me to post it without notifying everyone (I totally didn't JUST find out about it)...
So here’s my question: Is it okay to post gratitude updates like this every week, or do you think it's unnecessary?
