Early Access - Wrap Adven: New Alpha Demo

[Update] Made some additional improvements, New Artwork, Selma and Mau added in, Extra room, updated Camera system, more streamlined UI, etc. There as still some issues with the Spirit Cursor, but mostly fixed, and just gonna move the collectibles that don't work to new areas later. Anyway, those that play the updated Early Access Demo please provide your opinion in the comments below.

So the new demo that features the new design and Tsinji's art is almost done for the Expo, and before the release of the new Alpha Demo (end of this month) here is an Early Access to said Demo. Note that this Demo is not finished there are placeholders used in areas, the audio is not perfectly set, and there might be a few bugs (I notice the Spirit Cursor is having issues in the Package Build compared to Editor Builds.), but for the most part, you can get to point A to B in the Demo.
So give the Demo a play and provide feedback on how you feel about the demo and report any big issues that you experience so I can see if I can fix them before the public release.

When it comes to the Spirit Cursor, it will be mostly used in collectible/unlockable, and opening secret rooms that reveal some added lore to the game that can affect the different endings, also some thoughts that maybe be used to interact in the punishments. The main point though is that the Spirit Cursor does not take any role in the main gameplay, players are able to play the game and completed it without ever touching the mouse. Currently, I have no plans of putting "Boss Battles" in the game. It's hard to really set up a good kind of system like that along with kind of removing that helplessness that Yui has. There are some possible ideas of some cutscene of the Lackeys getting punished by the queen for failing to catch you but again can't confirm that yet.

I think the way you did it with little phrases and sounds, rather than the entirety of the dialogue, works very well. Second, the 3D map also works very well. It's been a great shift since you started with it, and so I wanted to compliment the progression you've taken with it. The spirit cursor is interesting; I'm assuming you're developing more for it to do, right? I don't want to comment too much on it if that's the case. I'll wait and see what else is to come. On a different note; what is planned for the unique characters? Will there be, almost like "boss battles" where Yui has to overcome them somehow to progress further? Maybe have her turn the tables on them somehow; chose a means of punishing them, kind of like they punish you? I dunno, I'm just having ideas.
