Sketch Stream: who is TFd?

Should I do :
- Option 1: 3 characters from other media as Pokémon, with trainer from the Pokémon franchise
- Option 2: 3 trainers from Pokémon transformed into Pokémon themselves (with a trainer TFed from a Pokémon; such as Squirtle)
- Option 3: Some Pokémon from outside characters, some from trainers, and a trainer from a TFd Pokemon
