Meet Ciel, despite her outwards appearance, she is a ambassador for 'Heaven' and a high ranking one at that! She loves the goth/punk look ever since it first started developing in late 1970s and early 1980s. Since it started in the UK, many mortals hear her speak with a bit of an English accent.
