Family time in Black Canyon

Between Hotchkiss, Colorado, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison… I had a really nice time with family in Colorado this past weekend

The beginning of the trip: Colorado, goblin Valley, mystic Hot Springs

The beginning days of our iconic and special road trip a few months ago. Some of my very favorite pictures I’ve ever taken and some of my favorite memories with my best friend. Winds whipping so hard we had to sleep in our car in goblin valley, but still the most incredible moments of our lives. Bryce Canyon, Valley of Fire…

Some of the best Polaroids ever

From rock and sand formations in Big Sur, California to incredibly sacred moments at Wilbur Hot Springs in Northern California with two of my favorite soulmates, these are some of my most special images to date.

The final Polaroids from our road trip

I’ll be posting these in reverse order, but I finally got to scanning in Polaroids from my big road trip with Kat 🌙 last month or actually the month before from Colorado through Utah to Nevada, California up the coast and back down before coming back to Colorado through Sedona. These images are mainly from our final stop in the trip which it was Sedona, and a few from Southern California around LA in Santa Barbara

A few Polaroids

I finally spent the last few days scanning in Polaroids for my big road trip and also organizing some from recent years. Here are a few samples from my studio and the Hudson Valley of New York about a year ago and also a few from the Sand dunes and river here in Colorado over the past couple of days and weeks. There are so many more some of which I’m not allowed to share on this platform so I’ll be posting them on my only fans page. Besides that, I will be sharing more mainstream images h...

Art series : Search for Meaning

White Sands, NM

USA

2024

This series encapsulates a healing voyage into the desert. I visited New Mexico on a solo-journey down south during the spring of 2024, attempting to heal my mind and body from a continuation of accrued trauma. This trip began with the solar eclipse and ended with a prolonged self-portrait series, including these moments captured in White Sands, New Mexico. I am continuously drawn to these...

Back in Colorado after NYC & Boston

I had a pretty crazy art show in New York City a few weeks ago now. It was a heat wave and there was no AC. That being said, I made some incredible connections and had the best time being surrounded by my art and working on some new paintings. I miss the city so much and it feels like home. I tried to make a post a few times during the show but this website / app seems to be glitching from my phone so I’ll have to try to make some more intentional posts soon using using my computer, which o...

the oldest earth in the world

The first morning I woke up alone after sleeping in my car in a tent camping spot at ghost ranch about a month and a half ago... I was alone without cell service, still working through fear of being alone in nature without the ability to communicate with anyone. I mustered up the courage to walk down a dried up riverbed and found myself on a type of dirt/ earth that has been catching my eye for years. I allowed my body to stand on and lay in this primal land. Later in the day I visited the ge...

White Sands

New Mexico is the land of enchantment. The only word that I can think of to describe my relationship with this place and the geographic formations is 'mystical.' I took the highest level religion class in college called 'comparative mysticism.' In this course, we learned that the word 'mysticism' means 'ineffable,' the divine, that which is so otherworldly or magical that there are no words to define it. When something is indescribable, it is so beautiful or profound that there are no words ...

Enchanted Rock

This was one of my first photoshoots in a state/ national park, all alone... it was a little unsettling given the swarms of people and lack of cell service but it was so cathartic to set up my camera and take these self-portraits... This park is called 'enchanted rock' in Texas... given my rushed timeframe for driving to New Mexico then back to Colorado, I was only able to spend a few hours here. I'm so excited to go back someday with friends and loved ones and hike all around this majestic p...

Meat Conference Reflection & Thistle Photographs

As some of you may know, I attended a meat conference last week called "What Good Shall I Do." It is / was all about Regenerative Agriculture, Permaculture, and saving our planet. It was hosted by a company called Force of Nature Meats (Amazing meat in Texas) on Roam Ranch. I learned so so much. I will be making a video on youtube with some reflections, however I highly recommend attending next year if you're interested in sustainability / health on a personal and collective level. There were...

Life & death

These screenshots were taken from videos the evening of the eclipse when we killed and skinned two rabbits for dinner. Between this experience and the meat conference that I was just at in Texas, I have finally begun developing a much deeper relationship with the food I eat. The cycle of life is precious and sacred. Given that eat meat, I want to participate in the process of filling the animal and honoring their lives. I’ve been learning so much during the past few few weeks, about myself,...

Solar Eclipse / pure Magick

I don’t know where to begin… This past 24 to 48 to 72 hours has been pure magic. I drove to Texas from my new home in Colorado high in the mountains at 10,000 feet through New Mexico all the way down to Southern Texas right on the border of Mexico. I saw the eclipse. Wildlife, bones, animals, photo shoots, art, revelations, astrology… And so much more.  I am so inspired and on a high from life. I just finished spending 24 hours at the beach — Mustang Island on Corpus Christi to j...

The day the world shut down (& life announcement)

I am currently moving to Colorado, specifically to the high mountains of this state (Summit County). It is a long story of surrender and serendipity from the past few weeks, but nevertheless, thats the primary life update (more words and thoughts to come on this). I am continuing to work on organization and archiving / editing of my work as I transition to a new state and start a new "normal" job to pay the bills. I am trying with all my might to stay calm as my days are now filled with resta...

More Memories & Archives from the past...

Thank you all so much for your support here. As I continue to organize my archives and move forward with my art, I want to share my favorite moments from the past. Art shows, women's circles, modeling, dancing, photoshoots, paintings, mixed media. A myriad of moments in NYC and beyond. Grateful for these times, however hard it felt and feels, I still have hope.  (this set also includes a semi-nude photo of my dad and mom when they were my age...

Help.

I hope you’re doing well. I was just banned from Vimeo yesterday. 7 years of work and hundreds of videos were taken down. I lost over ten thousand followers/ community. It was a place where I was able to post all of my video art portfolio and as a result I acquired numerous jobs over the years. I have been going back and forth with their “help” team / automated system for the last 48 hours which has been fruitless in attempt to at least receive my payout for my series’ this past month...

Hawaii - The Big Island

It feels like I flew half way around the world for only a few days in paradise. I thought it would be too hard, the time in the air, the time difference, but it’s been amazing. Here are some images from the first few hours after waking up. And from the first 24 hours. I’m in love. The air is pure ecstasy. Existing in this environment feels like mother earth is giving you a hug at all times. The leaves are my favorite thing in the world. The beautiful flowers, vegetation. Fruit. Beaches. P...

New year, New work

As some of you may know my dream is to photograph alongside wild animals, naked in nature. Until I can make this happen on a large scale, I have decided to start painting and collaging with animals on top of my nude art. Here is one of my new explorations and experiments. It is very fun and cathartic for me to do this. Very playful. What do you think? A lot of people have been comparing my work to Peter Beard, and as I research him more, and as I see some of his work in galleries, I recognize...
