Status Update 003: Manhattan Blockout
Added 2018-03-10 12:23:42 +0000 UTCWIP on the Manhattan open world area! This map will be expanded later. Manhattan serves as the sandbox area for open world missions. Levels are streamed in chunks so there's no loading screens between sections. Below is an annotated map, it's about 2.2 KM wide and takes about 4:30 to run from one side to the other.

No, Lieutentants have access to the latest Bleeding (experimental) build, which is a couple of revisions ahead. There's a huge content push happening for the next public build so it's going to take a little while for the public build to become updated.

2018-03-12 00:48:30 +0000 UTCIts linked at the top of the about page. Launchet has the latest, you should be able to access public without being a patron. There's also a slightly out of date standalone but its just bug fixes for the latest launcher version.
