A couple of weeks later…

"Okay, Momoko-Chan" said Sato-Sensei. "I think everything is done. You can take a look at yourself now…"

The last few weeks had been very difficult for the sissified man. The surgeries he had undergone had been much more extensive than he had expected, so he had to stay in the hospital for many days, with his whole body covered by bandages as if he were a mummy. When he returned to the spa, he was still feeling a lot weak and his body and face were very swollen, so he still had no idea what exactly the doctor had done to him.

To make matters worse, his throat was also very sore, and his voice was sounding even higher than before – almost strident. However much he tried to clear his throat, he just couldn't sound like in the past. He hoped this was just a side effect due to the long time he had spent unconscious…

The following week, he was finally feeling a little better, and asked for a mirror. However, Sato-Sensei told him to wait a little longer. "The girls at the salon are going to give you a new makeover, my darling. Then you'll be able to see the new you in all your glory!"

And then, after hours feeling anxious and apprehensive, Momoko finally faced the mirror. It took him some time to process the information that what he was looking at was his own reflection. When he finally understood it, his jaw dropped.

"Oh my gosh!" he cried out, more strident than ever. "This can’t be me! I… I look…"
