News Update

Hey guys! First off I’d like to wish you a Happy New Year!

It’s been a pretty busy couple of weeks as I’m sure it has been for a lot of you. While progress has been slow since the last update, I am pleased to report I’ll be able to show you the first scene of the animation tomorrow! It is technically a preview, but its pretty darn close to full quality. So stay on the lookout for tomorrow’s update, that is unless you want to keep things a surprise, in which case I suggest you hold tight!

Animation news

As some of you might recall I was planning on using the animation from “Out and Down” to speed things along, because I could use the animation from that and simply replace the dolphin with a camera and take things from there. Unfortunately things are never ever simple when it comes to animation, so when you see the animation (preview) you’ll notice the animation is completely new. I had the scene complete almost two weeks ago when the (old) animation broke, catastrophically. So much for that idea. On the upside, I think the new animation I've had to do will prove to be much more entertaining, the dragon will spend more time interacting/showing off before he commits to the deed, as you can see in the preview.

While these delays are unfortunate as I hate to keep you guys waiting, ultimately they’re opportunities to learn as well, which will help keep these things from happening in the future.

Roadmap

The new tiers, goals and rewards remain a work in progress. A few of you have voiced concerns and suggestions as to how I should improve upon  the various aspects of the patreon project, and I very much appreciate the feedback and will keep them in mind going forward. Rest assured that I will keep you all informed on how things are progressing once the plans become more concrete.
