May news - Update

I'm making some great progress on the animation. So far I've roughed out two thirds of it, that is, scene 1 and 2 as outlined in the spoilerific storyboard I posted a few weeks ago. That leaves only scene 3 and the final polishing pass to make everything come together.
Unlike previous animations this one has a significant amount of set work to be done. By which I mean the background elements consisting of the pool and the slide-out area. While this will take some extra time to create, it'll be invaluable going forward in giving us a space where the drake can interact with his phin friends.
While it is too soon for me to give you a date on which the animation will be complete, with the way things are going I have to say I have a good feeling about it!
