TOTK RANDOMIZER UPDATE NOTES - v0.9.9
New:
The Randomizer is now fully FPS and workload independent, ensuring consistency at all times without additional workaround code.
Additions:
Added 1 miscellaneous option (Allow hearts, stamina and energy to go below normal minimums).
Added a "The world time has changed" Zonai text message after the black fading animation of time changes.
Changes:
Zonai Devices and Vows are no longer disabled by default in Shrines for even more variation and randomness when they get disabled via Randomizer Cycle prohibitions.
Increased the chance in Goal Mode for goal categories to be picked that you don't have yet for more goal category variety.
Slightly reduced/optimized the time it takes to reroll goals in Goal Mode.
Made the black fading animation of the time changes independent from game FPS and workload to ensure consistency at all times.
Made the animations for player value changes independent from game FPS and workload to ensure consistency at all times.
Made the Randomizer Cycle independent from game FPS and workload to ensure consistency at all times.
Removed the mod FPS mode functionality and information about it because it is no longer needed.
Breakable rock piles and walls now drop random items (includes the Luminous and Zonaite versions).
When throwing away the Randomizer Staff, it will now be added back to the inventory without the paused weapon get dialogue.
When throwing away the Randomizer Staff, it will no longer be put onto the ground to avoid duplicates when picking them up.
The "Randomizer - Status" quest no longer updates when loading a save file and when going into a Shrine.
When changing player values, such as hearts and stamina, they will no longer go below their normal minimums by default.
Bubbulfrogs now drop slightly more items upon death.
Phantom Ganons spawned randomly will now drop items upon death.
Gloom Hands and their respective Phantom Ganons now drop slightly more items.
Renamed "Gloom enemies can now spawn everywhere" to "Gloom Hands can now spawn everywhere" to make the message more frightening and encourage the playerbases' worst nightmare.

Bugfixes:
Fixed a bug where chests would sometimes spawn in the ground when dropped.
Fixed a bug that made it so that the environment was changing and reverting way more often than intended.
Fixed multiple softlock bugs that could occur while summoning a Vow while doing its respective Temple questline.
Fixed a bug where the player would not get any ability when talking to the two Maker Constructs on the Great Sky Island before beating a second Shrine while already having the Energy Cell.
Fixed a bug where the player would complete their second Shrine, afterwards talk to one of the two Maker Constructs while not having the Energy Cell yet and therefore ending up with more abilities than possible at the end at Recall, resulting in a crash.
Optimizations:
General code optimization.
Removed unnecessary code.
Heavily reduced calculations needed when choosing from a random pool and reduced file size.
