Sailor Scouts Bunny Suits WIP
Added 2022-03-02 18:01:01 +0000 UTCSo my current "Damn, this seemed like a good idea at the time- What do you mean I still have seven more pages to go?" project is another sketch book, this time themed around anime girls in bunny girl costumes. It's a trope that comes up a lot, and I thought it would be a cute, fun project that will hopefully go over well at the couple of anime shows I have coming up. (Alas, I highly doubt this will be done in time for Animarathon, but I think I just might pull it off for Anime Ohio.)
Anyway, I just finished line-work on the page for Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts, and I'm particularly proud of how it turned out. Capturing different expressions/personalities is never not fun for me, and what artist doesn't enjoy going for an Alphonse Mucha vibe. (Though, if I'm being totally honest, I was actually initially going for a stained glass cathedral thing, but it's hard not to go a little bit Mucha when arches and circles are involved.)
