Spooky Sexy!

Tomorrow is October 1st, and Halloween season is upon us! I know I'm hardly alone when I say that Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. The costumes, the candy, the spooky movies - what's not to love? It's also arguably one of the sexiest holidays! How that ever came to be, I'm not sure, but I've decided to take full advantage of it! How?

First, I'll be participating in Kinktober. What's Kinktober, you might ask? Well, you've probably heard of Inktober, the annual challenge to create an inked sketch every day for the month of October based on a list of daily prompts. What you may or may not have heard about was that the creator of Inktober* (a distinction that has itself come under scrutiny) has turned out to be kind of a dick and has basically started to do some shady stuff trying to copyright the event and suing artist that try to sell the drawings they make for it. As such, a lot of artist are looking for alternatives, and one such option that I saw was Kinktober, which is basically Inktober but, you know... kinky. Anyway, I saw a few different set of prompts, but none of them totally worked for me so I decided to make my own, and here it is!

To add an extra level of direction, I decided that I'm going to theme it around video game girls, so look forward to that. I'll probably be posting daily on my new NSFW Twitter account, and then probably weekly roundups here on Patreon. Also, I'm going to go ahead an get ahead of this before I even start - I know I'm going to miss a few days. Skipping/missing days is practically part of the whole (blank)-tober ritual in the first place, but it still causes a lot of stress for a lot of the people that participate, so I'm going to go ahead and stick a pin in that balloon right now and giving myself permission to miss a day if I need to. Anything that I miss, I'll probably try to swing back around to after the fact.

Anyway, Kinktober is the big project, but that's not all I have planned! I also have a fun idea in mind for my Wednesday Picarto streams. Starting TONIGHT and going through the end of October, I've created a list of 5 fictional goth girls and 5 classic "sexy Halloween costumes", and at the beginning of each stream, I will randomly select one from each list and then draw the chosen girl in the chosen costume.
