The model it is made in Blender 3.6.X LTS
Well the basics you need to know is that they require the MHX and Diffeomorph addons. Official Website (this addon is a bit mandatory for you to use the bones, because some people have already mentioned to me that they move the bones but not the character, so yes, please download the mhx) (The MHX must match the version of blender you are using)
