EP 152 is about learning what medical ninjutsu is and sakua teaches a class on it and we get to see if sarada inherited any of her gifts. EP 154 is about himawari and whether or not she wants to be a shinobi or just a normal civillian, she and a few kids her age all take a ninja trial session. super cute. EP 168 is all about training. Sarada trains her sharingan with sasuke an kakashi trains boruto on changing the nature of his rasengan, which he accomplishes by adding lightning style to it. BTW thats something that neither minato, tobirama, or kakashi could do. EP 175 - team 7 vs Deepa (the guy in the beginning of the episode whos head was in a jar) its a great fight and sarada has a really badass moment. EP 178 is an incredibly sentimental episode but I dont wanna spoil it for you. either you watch it or you dont. These are just a couple of the episodes between this video and your last if you ever feel like checking them out :)
