fun fact, in one of the scenes of tobi and deidara, deidara mentions how itll be easy to capture the three tails because it doesnt have a jinchuriki, and it cuts to tobi who just sits their quietly and doesnt respond. subtle foreshadowing

This is much more palpable than when I read the NARUTO manga. Well, I guess it's only natural. Of course, I love the Naruto manga, too.

Madara and Obito are also two of my favourite characters in the show so it definitely adds to the war arc for me

The war arc you can start to see them get very lazy with drawing the Rinnegan too. The whole Pain arc that shit was gleaming. The War Arc is just too drawn out, has multiple weird plot issues and is absolutely oozing with filler overload.
