I just made that definition up, because I have it too and once upon a random time heard a very brief clipped explanation of it, along side many other "relatively common" psychic abilities that you can just resonate with the explanations of intuitively via your own "abiities". Upon further investigation, it's predominately a natural aspect of your "mind", which is a partner to your soul, so the more you allow this truth to emanate, the more your body and mind can attune to your soul and stop conceptualizing it all through a far more limited "mind".

It felt like listening to an audiobook and looking at few PNGs. The contents of the meetings were interesting, but I would have much rather read them in the light novels. I think that is why people didn´t like the season. It was just an OK adaptation. (for example, even Death Note would loose a lot of it´s magic if the anime just did a barebones adaptation - if there weren´t those incredible OSTs, interesting camera angles and movement...)

You can watch it privately in Slime City. the slime ova episodes rimuru's wonderful time as a teacher 1-3 are story cannon between seasons 1 and 2. and the film Scarlet Bond between seasons 2 and 3 is also quite good and worth seeing
