Nick is a decent guy but I pay for a service and I'm allowed to give feedback. It's just been the same feedback given for forever now by so many people and it doesn't seem to be even read at all by him and that's fine. When this season ends I will end my sub, he will gain 10 more in my place surely and life will go on. Learn to not be a meat riding glazer that gets triggered when your favorite reactor is criticized.

His quirk factor is gone and hawks said at the end that rewind treats quirks as external. It’s a little confusing but this is not the same as when mirio lost his quirk. Hawks can only get his quirk back if All for One willingly returns it to him. So basically Hawks is now quirkless permanently and there is no way for him to ever get it back.

The actions of the main characters had an impact on the side characters spurring them to act. Lady Nagant helping cause of Deku and Shiketsu helping cause of UA (Todoroki and Bakugo specifically).

When All For One steals a quirk, he is stealing the quirk factor and completely removing it from the body.
