Question for Nat: “I know you have a... complicated relationship with modern tech. Are there any you can't help but find convenient?”

She instantly breaks into a smile. “’Complicated relationship’ is a good way to describe it.” She then tugs a curl of hair behind her ear in thought. “Washing machines. That’s something I truly couldn’t live without now. Do you remember how it used to be?” She turns to Ava with another smile.

Ava lets out a sharp breath in agreement while folding her arms. “I would not enjoy going back to that.”

They share a knowing quiet laugh.

“Hair dryers are also a plus," Nat continues. "Damp hair is not something I enjoy in the least.”

“It only took you a few months to get the hang of using one too,” Morgan adds with a smirk. “A record for you with using technology.”

Nat ignores the quip. “But most technology I just find to be intrusive and unnecessary. I prefer the slower, gentler pace of doing things with less technology involved.”
