This picture is such a rare case that I get to draw a city landscape like this. I think there is still a lot I need to learn to be able to pull this off more successfully.
I think I don't know enough to share my thought on how I paint this yet. But I think one thing I'm sure of is that a straight and solid shape is really important. Like, I tried hand draw them first but it looks super messy, so I used a rectangular selection tool to help.
But yea... Aside from the value separation I mentioned in the sketch process, nothing else I think I can add and be useful enough π
Oh, one small thing is, I like Add(Glow) and Glow Dodge so much that I used them a lot in this picture. You can say that every glowy part is made by either one of them XD
