This position makes it possible to do light exercise, especially abdominal exercises while still being able to breast-feed your child. Breast-feeding is a full-time job and can take a lot of your time and energy. It’s important to get your workout in and selfcare in as much as possible throughout you’re breast-feeding journey.

Making it easier for you to find the time to self-care while still going hand-in-hand with breast-feeding your child is of utmost importance to me. Take care to take care of yourself while caring for your family!
