Delicious and nutritious and super easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna in water (extract water and put in bowl)
1 red onion chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons or to taste of your favorite Mayo (I prefer dukes light Mayo)
Salt/pepper to taste
I love a touch of lime juice to sub instead of salt
Mix it all together and refrigerate for an hour for a delicious nutritious breastmilk friendly meal!
Paired with roasted poblano peppers for a spicy kick and immune system boost! These can be made by putting in toaster over wrapped in foil and roasting till slightly crisp but on the more tender side.
Cranberries are a great food to keep your urinary tract healthy , tuna has a wonderful amount of omega-3 fatty acids (great for your babies developing brain!) and red onion protects against diabetes and cancer, containing wonderful amounts of antioxidants and flavonoids!
