The cutest healthy eater!

When you’re a breast-feeding mother, it is important to eat lots of varieties of food so that you do not end up with a very picky eater! I nourished myself with all sorts of good foods, even with peanut butter (yuck! 🤮😂) never liked peanut butter much lol 😂

nut butters (yum) eggs shell fish, and other allergens in order to make sure my breastmilk was full of things that my daughter could receive so that she would avoid any allergies, and would avoid any food sensitivities or dislikes!

The crazy thing is I found out that I have an egg sensitivity that makes my joints hurt every time I eat it! I had no idea about this while I was pregnant or breast-feeding it seem to of come along after having kids, but both of my children don’t have any allergies to any Foods!

Isn’t she the cutest little healthy eater?

I know I did something right when I hand my kids a veggie and they eat it with a smile.

Vegan chicken shreds can be found in any health food store and still have an ample amount of good protein! Gardein is my favorite brand for vegan chicken that tastes very similar to the real thing making cruelty free eating easier to do.


Always consult your pediatrician before feeding your kids any new foods just in case. this is my advice and my experience. I’m not a medical doctor but I am a certified lactation consultant specialist.
