About to head out the door and the girls wanted some milk. Dangle feeding is where the breast hangs and “dangles” downward which can help the flow of milk as well as unblock a milkduct. This is an easy quick position to give my toddlers a fast milk break before heading out the door to the gym for some much needed mommy self care and exercise! The girls benefit just as much as I do where they can socialize with other kids their ages and have some kid fun and exercise themselves. If you don’t already have a gym membership I recommend getting one but always talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program!
