we must check our breasts often for any changes or abnormalities or lumps and always speak with your doctor if you are concerned. regular check ups are crucial to early detection and just might save a life.
A husband, partner or significant other can also help with this by also doing an exam and getting to know the breast tissue areas in order to notice any changes or abnormalities as well. don’t be afraid to ask your significant other to help with this.
Although Breastfeeding does reduce the risk of breast cancer and other diseases it is not a full proof solution so please talk with your doctor and work out the best self detection regimen for you.
