This workout is great for top heavy and breastfeeding mommies like myself. Low impact and no equipment necessary. Great for getting the loose tummy from childbirth back in shape. I was doing this work out every day before I went on my vacation and was looking really good got a little lazy when I came back from vacation and now I’m getting back into the groove of things again. This work out can be done first thing in the morning for better metabolic burn during the day or before bed for better sleep. 💕💕💕
