This video is especially good for first time moms who don’t know how to do what I will be teaching as well as I learned this from a Doula and my doctor for my second child. I wish I had known about this for my first would’ve helped a lot. Tier 3 is getting a full behind the scenes morning routine patreon only exclusive video on the timeline and tiers 1-2 will be getting tier exclusive photos on the timeline.
