Kids Breakfast after morning breastfeeding session is olive oil scrambled broccoli 🥦 and eggs 🍳 with carrot 🥕 avocado 🥑 and blueberries to make for an iron rich healthy breakfast. I allow 1/2 water 1/2 Orange juice mix in the morning if juice is requested. If it is not then they get room temperature filtered or bottled spring water for optimal absorption and hydration. Mommy ate a carrot 🥕 and 1/4 avocado 🥑 with my usual coffee ☕️ of espresso with vegan 🌱 nut pod coffee creamer 3 stevia packets and sprinkle of cinnamon. 💕😘💕
