A quick update regarding future stretch goals

So, I was going through my page settings and noticed that I had a stretch goal that I had put in place when I originally created my Patreon page saying that when I got to $350 a month I would start drawing two pictures from the color archive poll a month. This immediately set off alarms in my head because I had forgotten that I had ever put that in there, and I think back then I was in a different living situation and had much less realistic ideas about how much I'd be able to draw, and I was not putting out two comic pages a month. I will update the future stretch goals list at some point but I am going to have to be realistic about it, because committing to drawing more art every month is going to mean having to turn down more hours at my day job, and the idea of having to commit to another color drawing right now basically put me into a cold sweat. I'll have to think about what the next goal will be and it's going to have to be something realistic for the amount of income I'm hoping to make off of my work, so I hope you all aren't disappointed that I had to remove that goal. I should have checked my page settings a long time ago and I would have changed it much sooner.

I'm still a very long way from being able to quit my day job to pursue art full time, but that is a dream of mine.

One goal I've seen other artists have is when they get to a certain dollar amount then they would be able to quit their job and do art full time. You could do something like that but have a little extra to save away for an emergency. I don't usually pay attention to the goals since I usually subscribe for what an artist has drawn in the past, is currently drawing and what they might draw in the future and also the extra benefits we get in our tiers.
