Evan Peters played Quicksilver in the X-Men movies. He had a sister Wanda there, but she was a baby in those movies. So, this reveal was a huge mindfuck to those who'd seen those movies and know that in the comics, Wanda and Pietro were mutant children of Magneto. Marvel Studios didn't have the rights to do mutants in the MCU because FOX owned those rights, but a couple of years ago, Marvel/Disney acquired the entertainment division of FOX, transferring the rights back to Marvel. Now they can do mutants and X-Men...eventually. We don't know when they'll appear in the MCU. Other Marvel characters that Marvel still don't have exclusive rights to do projects with are Spider-Man (and characters related to him, like Venom and Morbius) which Sony has those rights and the Hulk, which Universal still owns. Universal lets Marvel use the character, but Marvel hasn't been able to do a solo Hulk movie because of it.

2022-02-14 18:32:39 +0000 UTCAt this point in the show, it becomes clearer that the commercials we see during her show all represent traumas that happen to Wanda. The first toaster was from Stark Industries, which created the bomb that killed her and Pietro's parents (as they told Ultron). The second was the Strucker watch with the HYDRA symbol which represents Baron Strucker of HYDRA who experimented on them with Loki's staff (The Mind Stone) and gave them their powers. HYDRA Soak is a little more straight-forward with it being in the name and the tagline is "Release the goddess within." This one is Lagos paper towels, "For when you make a mess you didn't mean to," and Lagos is the place at the beginning of Captain America: Civil War where Wanda lifted Rumlow into the air when he set off an explosive trying to kill Cap. She lifted him and he exploded next to a building, killing people inside. All of these are traumatic events in Wanda's life that it seems are playing out as commercials in her subconscious.

He was the FBI agent in "Ant-Man & The Wasp" that was tasked to keep an eye on Scott while he was on house arrest. He wanted to know how Scott did the card tricks and close-up magic, which you later saw another agent catch him watching video on how to do it from the online close-up magic school Scott told him about. When he first shows up here, he does the magic trick to make his card appear to give to Monica outside of the town. It all comes full circle. xD
