2022-02-15 00:02:28 +0000 UTCTo some of your questions, S.H.I.E.L.D. fell during the events of Captain America: Winter Soldier when HYDRA made themselves known to have been infiltrating it for decades. So, as far as we know, SHIELD in MCU is no more. S.W.O.R.D. is similar but it's focus is more extra-terrestrial threats. In the comics both of them exist at the same time but SHIELD focuses on terrestrial threats while SWORD focuses their attention outward to threats coming from space. That's the general gist of it.
