currently i am debating of if i should change up the patreon asap or whenever i finish the yae animation(will be finished in 2-4 weeks). let me know your thoughts.

If you want to have the best of both worlds (posting asap and compensating for the yae animation). You could update the tiers but specify that tier 2 grants access to "future" exclusive full length animations. Then when you finish and post the yae animation, go back and edit the description of tier 2 to specify that it grants access to exclusive full length animations
