This Thailand/ SEA tour is to build up steam and titles to earn that right and prove himself. While he is hungry because he doesn't eat to keep in the featherweight class, the people are saying that he ain't hungry as in they don't think he's fighting for anything. The Thai fighters are putting their life on the line going in the ring to get money to put food on the table, but they think Miyata is over here playing around trying to get easy wins before leaving. They don't know what he's doing here and why he's fighting. It was made worse when Miyata's dad made it look like he ran away from the sure-win superstar.
