Later in the fight Chiyo can't use one hand so after that she can't control Sakura. After that happens, Sakura dodges Sasori's attacks by herself. There is even a scene later in the fight that explains how Sakura dodges Sasori's patterns of attack by watching his finger movement while he controls his puppets. But the massive strength is 100% Sakura's so she was the main reason the two of them defeated Sasori. Without Sakura's crazy strength and her already making antidotes against Sasori before the fight even started, Chiyo wouldn't have won by herself.
