Dressrosa lasted at least 100 chapters in the manga. I agree the pacing in the anime can be terrible. There's a lot of stuff we didn't see occurring "in-between" the big moments in the manga that they added into the anime, but not all of it is unbearably annoying. Much of it actually adds to the story. Though I really could have done without the over abundance of flashbacks and the drawn out moments that were much quicker in the manga. In the anime, they waste so much time doing that, so if I critique anything in the anime, it would be for this.
