I think a lot of Logia users, pre new world (minus the admirals), are lazy. Their devil fruits are so strong they think they are way stronger than they are. Look at Eneru and Croc. Yea they were gods to normal people but like anyone with haki could probably one shot them cuz they are so cocky.
