Clarification for new members

No matter what we do, 90% of the pictures end up with deformed hands. I'm ignoring this and posting it anyway, because I don't think I can dismiss a good photo just because of the hand. But I think it's important to make this clear so it doesn't seem like I'm being careless with our photos.
