I use STL Tonality Andy James with Ignite NadIR plugin
I don't turn off the cab sim in STL Tones (though I should since it's two cabs but I kinda like the sound)

I use mix of tele and strat, but mostly telecaster
2 stereo tracks for rhythm with Amp 2 (Tight one, perfect for some chug on the back)
2 stereo tracks for rhythm with Amp 3 (Vox kinda thing, very bright and nice for the front)
One center guitar with reverb and delay for these solo things
Do not trust much my EQ but I cut lows till 100-115 Hz so the bass can have more place

For bass I use same amp as for guitars without the overdrive pedal (it's in this plugin) but also FabFilter EQ and CLA-2A compressor

Drums are Addictive Drums 2 and Copper 14x6.5 snare from GGD Modern&Massive
CLA-76 compressor by Waves on kick, snare and cymbals and CLA-2A on toms
