Thanks to Praydog for helping with bypassing the memory check.
Fixed the mod not working after the update.
Installation
IMPORTANT NOTE: You need a RTX 40 series GPU in order to use DLSS3!
1. Extract to the game's root folder and overwrite the file (you can make a backup first).
2. You need to turn on DLSS and Reflex in the game settings of course.
3. In the game you can press END to toggle DLSS FG (default on).

They release a shit PC port with literally the worst optimization of all time, modders figure out to fix it by implementing DLSS3 injection, Capcom attempts to block this because they want their user base to have a shitty experience, modders figure out a workaround to get it working anyways. Just how out of touch with your audience can you get?
