There Is No Video BTS Info

So I thought I'd share a bit of what went into my April Fool's video. First, as many in the comments suggested, it was inspired by There Is No Game. I wanted to see how far I could push the same joke that there was no video, so most of the video was entirely improvised. The only parts I planned for was the fake phone call and the visit at the door.

Speaking of the box at the door, it was intended to be a custom Cyber Key, fully painted and featuring my logo, but when I came to the shop to film the bit my 3D printer had failed to create the entire model. It still looked like a key, so I just went with it, and I'm sorry it didn't have the intended effect.

During the phone call with Scott, I was bringing up actual things. Not the Beast Wars revival, but he really does have a hot pepper garden. Ghost Peppers were the first thing that popped into my mind but he's got far hotter things growing there.

The best part? I had no ending. The part about me getting interrupted so much was also improved, and I was just going to sign off like any other video. Then the store phone rang in the middle of the outro. Part of my reaction was genuine frustration, but it made a perfect ending. We weren't even open when they called so the timing was completely errant and perfect.
