Food and utilization of natural resources are a couple of worldbuilding things I think about constantly, and my ongoing project Voidkeeper is no exception. I had yet to draw most of them and it was about time to change that :)
Many varieties of squash are commonly grown crops all throughout Stag's Run, and they seem to take to the climate of the deep woods especially well. Flowers that grow on the vines too early in the season are cut off and cooked into all kinds of dishes, or simply tossed with herbs and eaten raw.
Cicadas are occasionally hunted for food, but as they tend to prefer living far up in the boughs out of easy reach and provide less meat than domesticated livestock bugs, denizens of the deep woods instead collect the spent husks they leave behind after molting to be ground up by druggists into "husk flour," a useful ingredient in medicines and supplements.
Dandelions can be found everywhere in the deep woods, having adapted easily to growing under phosphorescence. The arcane influence of ancient trees cause some to grow especially tall; though the entire plant is technically edible, the real value of these giant dandelions comes from the fibers they produce at the end of their life cycle, which are long enough to be woven into fine fabric but so delicate they must be harvested by hand.
