It's the "Rule of 8" and this series did not let me down! I really enjoy Yano with their rapping and infectious energy -- but SO intimidating!
I worry for Eiji, and for Odokawa, as he's getting more involved with Dobu, trying to cover himself, and possibly facing vindication from multiple people -- meanwhile, people's lives are at risk and the roller coaster towards the third act has begun! I'm not ready!

I'm obsessed with Yano's speech patterns! I love it! The dub is also good for him as well, yes!! I definitely want to go back and re-watch in the full English dub when I'm finished with the series! Thank you for the comment!

It’s been interesting for me to see him these last couple episodes because I watched the English Dub for my own viewing, so it’s been fun comparing the two performances. I would honestly recommend checking out the dub just so you can hear Yano English VA. The rest of the dub cast is pretty talented too ^.^ Thanks for the video!

2025-09-01 07:43:11 +0000 UTCInteresting minor note. Odokawa needed to fake a sneeze to cover taking a photo of Dobu because in Japan all phones are legally supposed to make the shutter noise, it can't be silenced like in other regions.
