they have a feathery five wings. (so 5*2=10) It is an angel with the size of 2-3cm (1inch). Small, gorgeous, pure and cute.

They say it will "ensure animal welfare is well considered in future decision-making" but also that it won't change any of the current laws about handling these animals in the fishing industry or restaurants/food. I guess they are saying "yes they are sentient, but we will figure out what that means for the laws later"
