[important] International shipping in COVID19 situation

I really wanted this virus situation to be over soon since the last April reward, Unfortunately, October's rewards are also largely impacted by COVID19.

1. Countries that can and cannot be delivered.

* The countries currently available for delivery (updated : 2020 August 26th) 

• USA, Canada, Australia
• UK, Spain, France, Sweden, Ireland, Poland, Netherlands, Norway, Finland 
• Thailand,  Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines

Except for this country, delivery is currently unavailable.

This list can change depending on circumstances between countries.

**In the case of Singapore, it has been suspended since August 26. All the packages of patreons who checked their addresses by message before were sent.

2. Shipping Method

There is no flight service except EMS, I'll use ⛴ship delivery⛴ this time.

Even expensive services like EMS are also taking more than one~two month these days.

So I decided to send it by  ⛴ship ⛴ this time.

I thought it would be better than waiting for the impossible flight to be possible again from March. 

3. Delivery schedule

The original schedule was to ship the packages sequentially from the second week of October to November.

I prepared all the rewards earlier than usual for the virus situation and decided to advance my delivery schedule as soon as possible.

There are many cases where the address has changed, so I am sending it after checking the address, so please check the message.

4. For US residents

If there is no problem, I said I would use 3PL(delivery agency), but the Korea Post Office is re-servicing, so most package will delivered through the Korea Post Office as before.(If korea post office is suspended again, I'll find another delivery agency)  I'm sorry if I reversed it and confused you. More than half of my patreons are US resident and I'm trying to find the best way!

5. When can I get the package?

The post office said that the average period is two months.

It's from 45 days to 160 days, which depends on the country and the COVID19 situation. 

And because Korea is now affected by a serious typhoon from last week to next week, the departure could be delayed due to this effect.

Because the delivery departs from Korea, it arrives faster in Asia, and takes longer in countries as far as northern Europe.

The only thing I could do in this situation was to prepare the rewards earlier and deliver them earlier.

I already sent more than half of the packages confirming the address in August.

Since there is no tracking number, it is not known when it will arrive after sending. 

I'd appreciate it if you wait patiently.

Germany, Austria, SWITZERLAND, New Zealand, Belgium, Colombia, Israel, Brazil, Greece, Mexico and more

The post office updates this every one to two months, so I think I can get new information by October.

Some countries deliver through relay stations such as the United States and France, and I heard that it has been paralyzed since March.

Every product-sticker/pins are already made and prepared.

I will send it on the day I can deliver it.

I've been shipping internationally for a long time, but it's the first time that there were many changes and strange years like 2020.
