It’s not their bodies. Walt literally killed two guys when breaking Jesse out of the lab after Gus died. Fire would not uncover a grave that deep and their bodies likely have decomposed.

In the prior episode when they were orchestrating the "bribe" scene, Kim throws her shoes off and then has to be reminded to get them out of the shot. In an earlier season she describes how there were times where she had to leave with her mom suddenly in the middle of the night, even leaving her shoes behind
