One thing I just remembered: The age gap between Chuck & Jimmy is the same as the age gap between Flynn & Holly! That’s got to be intentional, right? 🤔

The struggle with the travel mug brings to mind the old idiom "fitting a square peg into a round hole". Jimmy just can't deep down fit in with the average to upscale lawyerly life and way of doing things. He is a man of the people; a man who finds it easier to fall asleep in the backroom of a nail salon. As per usual, he goes the unorthodox free-spirited route and just takes out the holder. Related sidenote: in BrBa, there are multiple scenes where Saul has a "World's Best Lawyer" coffee mug.

Jimmy and Chuck both take after their father, but Chuck got all his integrity while Jimmy got all his sweetness and charm. Hence the conflict between them.

Why they cut the theme song short is they wanted the opening to be rough like his commercials, like film students did it. Love the fact this show has 2 major story lines one following Mike and one following Jimmy all heading to BB. Take care

When they were pronouncing the title, I like how Eric basically said the Navajo equivalent of “What/Huh?”

The term for recruiting a person from another company/firm/etc. when that person isn’t actively looking to leave their job is called headhunting.

I like how we get a very Kim and Mike centric episode. Better Call Saul does the perspective switch really well
