It is made to fit the Vulper. feel free to open the fbx file and make your own. When exporting the fbx be sure to turn off bake animations and turn off add leaf bones, and then be sure to select fbx all.
Don't forget to toggle your default hair that's in the way

Vulper Skull
Recommended that you know how to use Unity as this asset only comes with the fbx file. Simple uv-maping so you might not need any substance painters if you trial and error or use blender to see the uv-maping yourself
