New tiers + comission slot

and made one tier for comission, basically you can request me once per month to add HDT-SMP physics to something simple like hairs or typical nexusmods armor
I specifically make an accent on "simple", can give you examples from my own stuff:
- maliketh set, crucible knight, carian knight HDT physics is within comission tier workload
- raging wolf set, ronin set is a no
those are the examples, recommend you to contact me first via patreon or discord PM
only 2 slots per month, and only for existing armors
comission tier is kinda experimental :) let's see how it goes
